How do I make a complaint?
Ffigar prides itself in our customer service. If you feel like we have let you down then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to put it right.
What is right to be forgotten and how does it work?
Under data protection regulations you have the right to request that we delete all of your personal information. If you request this we will delete all of the information and keep a record for up to six years in a secure manner so that we can still contact you for legal reasons such as if a product is recalled. Your data will no longer be used in any marketing or business function.
